Intense 951 size small with G3 dropouts and Fox DHXRC4 shock. Selling as complete bike as seen. Frame bought from activ cycles in corbridge last year - it was a shop/display bike. Has been professionally stripped down to aluminium and bought as seen. Stunning bike that rides perfectly - no play in the bearings. Complete bike with 2009 Fox 40 RC2 - serviced by TFTuned. Hope brakes - vented V2 on the rear, M4 on front - with tech levers. Hope one-piece top crown/stem. Saint derailleur, cranks and shifter. New 729's on superstar hubs. Please note there are some issues with the frame. 1) small dent to downtube and seatstay. 2) scratches to underside of top tube from uplift - see photo. 3) please note the brace between the seatstays has been deliberately dented by the previous owner (shop mechanic) to allow larger tyres - see photo. 4) also small marks around head tube from bottom crown - see photo - this problem is no longer an issue with ODI bumpers. 5) the paint applied to the recesses after the frame had been stripped is coming away. The lowers to the 40's have lots of scratches - but nothing serious or performance effecting - the stanchions have some very faint scratches from use - these do not effect performance. Altogether it is a stunning bike and rides perfectly. However with the cosmetic issues with the frame I will only be happy to sell after the potential buyer has seen the bike rather than posting it. As such I am happy to travel to meet up for sale - northern england/southern scotland. As part of the deal the bike comes with a set of muddy marys - seen a little use, a set of swamp things - ridden once and virtually like new, the original Fox 40 top crown and a 400 pound spring for the shock. Open to sensible cash offers - but as said we will need to meet up.
